PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS; RETURN CHARGES APPLY.

 

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order. If you’re not satisfied with the items you’ve purchased, you can return them within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. The order includes all appropriate parts and components, and the packaging is intact, exactly as received.
  2. The product shows no signs of careless handling or damage.
  3. Products where hygiene is critical have been thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.
  4. Any defect was identified immediately upon receipt of the item.
  5. Customers will bear the cost of return shipping.
  6. The return will be processed within 7 working days, and if all conditions are met, the return will be acknowledged during this period.

We reserve the right to decline any return if we suspect the item has been used or damaged due to reasons beyond our control.

 

How can I return my order?

If your order meets the conditions above, please follow these steps to begin the return process:

  • Send an email to: customerservice@wellingtonwardrobe.com
  • In the email subject include: order number
  • Include the following details in your email:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photo of the product (in case of damage or breakage)
    • Your first and last name
    • Your address

Once we receive your email, we will provide the correct return address.

Important notes: Never send returns to the sender’s address. Use only the return address provided after contacting us. You, as the customer are responsible for covering all return shipping costs.

 

Right of Cancellation/ Cancellation Conditions

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the goods have not been used or damaged. However, please note:

  • Orders are processed automatically as soon as they are placed.
  • Cancellation is not possible if the goods are already in transit.

 

How to Exercise Your Right of Cancellation

To cancel your order, email customerservice@wellingtonwardrobe.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract. Cancellation is valid once we have received the goods. The cost of returning the goods must be covered by the buyer.

 

For Goods in Transit

Our goods are shipped from Asia, so there may be longer delivery times. If your goods are in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait to receive the items, then proceed with the return process.

 

Refunds

If you cancel your order, we will refund the payments you’ve made (excluding delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving your returned goods. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless agreed otherwise.

 

All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
